Director & Co-Founder- Katie Crawford Katie is a highly experienced, successful and professional recruiter. With over 9 years’ experience across permanent and temp agency recruitment, Katie has built some incredibly strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike. She prides herself on her ability to really understand the industries she operates in, the challenges they face and in turn, find the right people to help achieve a company's objectives and goals. Katie believes that transparency, accountability, efficiency and strong sense of urgency have allowed her to deliver a fantastic service to her industry to date.

Director & Co-Founder - Elena Mckibbin Elena is an experienced and passionate recruitment professional. With over 6 years’ experience across agency and internal hiring, she understands the challenges clients face today in a competitive landscape and how having the edge is vital in sourcing top talent for their business. Her experience is predominately across Media, Sales, Events, Marketing and Technology from Graduate to Director level. She is driven by helping people find their perfect match. Granting overall job satisfaction, career prospects and happiness whilst improving business performance.
